Chemocef is a semisynthetic cephalosporin. It belong to second generation cephalosporin antibiotic, used to treat certain infections caused by bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophillus influenza, E. coli, Neisseria gonorrhea and many others. It can be used to treat infections of the middle ear, sinuses, skin, tonsil, throat, laryngitis, bronchitis, pneumonia, urinary tract and early Lyme disease.
